How to add music to Instagram Stories & Reels if you don´t have the music feature!

I have today 2 hacks how you are able to use music on your Instagram stories and reels if you don´t have the music feature /music sticker! Let me know if one of these works for you! 

I really don't understand why Instagram isn't giving everybody the music option and have a big rant about this situation here- however I found by accident some tricks to use at least some of the music. Enjoy!
