Pixi DOUBLE CLEANSE & HUGE MAKEUP GIVEWAY!!!

I have a couple new favorites from Pixi to show you today, such as the Pixi Double Cleanse- a super unique facial cleanser and also the all hyped Pixi Glow Tonic- let´s see if this is worth the hype. Oh! And I also have another wonderful makeup giveaway for you, my friends! Don´t miss out on this one- it is AMAZING!

Pixi is a cruelty free brand- available at Target & Ulta!

Let´s start with some Pixi skin care items: the Pixi Double Cleanse and the Glow Tonic!

Pixi Double Cleanse $24

I like to start with a new favorite product of mine: the Pixi Double Cleanse! This is a giant jar full of goodness: one side contains a solid cleansing oil and the other side contains a cleansing cream. If you have never tried a cream cleanser, you might be wondering, if this really works, and if your skin won´t feel greasy and such. Heck, I was wondering that too! And I am an oily girl!

So, can this really work?

So, the solid cleansing oil feels similar to a coconut oil, but it has the advantage of staying solid- even when it gets warmer. I find a solid oil easier to use, as you can just dip your fingers into the jar and get the right amount of product out. I find this an amazing way of getting rid of my eye makeup- not even waterproof mascara can withstand the power of this solid cleansing oil! Just gently rub (can you gently rub- lol) the solid cleansing oil on the desired parts of your face (personally I use it only on my eyes) and see all the gunk slide off your face

It is recommended to wash it off with a wet cloth- however I simply used warm water and was able to wash it completely off. I am a bit of a germophob and don´t really trust a wash cloth! ;-)

Well, ladies and gentlemen: the solid cleansing oil is simply amazing to get rid of -even hardcore -eyemakeup!

Solid Cleansing Oil INGREDIENTS
Cetyl Ethylhexanoate, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, PEG-20 Glyceryl Triisostearate, PEG-8 Isostearate, Polyethylene, Carthamus Tinctorius (Safflower) Seed Oil, Tocopheryl Acetate, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylgylcerin, Astrocaryum Murumuru Seed Butter, Persea Gratissima (Avocado) Oil, Camellia Japonica Seed Oil, Macadamia Ternifolia Seed Oil, Oenothera Biennis (Evening Primrose) Oil, Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil.

Cleansing Cream INGREDIENTS
Water/Aqua/Eau, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Cetyl Ethylhexanoate, Glycerin, Hydrogenated Polydecene, Dipropylene Glycol, Sorbitan Stearate, Cetearyl Alcohol, Polysorbate 80, Glyceryl Stearate, Stearic Acid, PEG-100 Stearate, Phenoxyethanol, PEG-40 Stearate, Tocopheryl Acetate, Arginine, Carbomer, Ethylhexylglycerin, Allantoin, Xanthan Gum, Disodium EDTA, 1,2-Hexanediol, Sodium Hyaluronate, Ascorbic Acid, Camellia Japonica Seed Oil, Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice Powder, Maltodextrin, Butylene Glycol, Acetyl Hexapeptide-8, sh-Decapeptide-7, sh-Octapeptide-4, sh-Oligopeptide-9.

After I removed the worst makeup on my face, I applied the cleansing cream. This feels like a wonderful light moisturizer and has a light clean scent to it. Just massage it thoroughly on your whole face- and neck! Again: it is recommended to take it off with a wash cloth- but I tried it with warm water and it worked.

And what do you know?

My skin felt really clean! And NOT greasy! On top of it my skin feels so very soft with this. I gotta tell you: I am a believer now!

And yes: this works even for oily skin (that I am). I absolutely love the Pixi Double Cleanse and recommend it highly! I have to add: I even tried to use the cleansing cream to use as a moisturizer- and love it! Haha! So this is LITERALLY a double product! Cleanse and moisturize! ;-)

Pixi Glow Tonic $15

I heard a lot of hype about the Pixi Glow Tonic and was wondering, if it really is that good! I am certainly preaching about the benefits of Glycolic Acid on my blog, aren´t I? And I am also already a huge fan of the Pixi Glow to Go pads. And yes: this Pixi Glow Tonic is simply amazing!

It contains 5% Glycolic Acid, which is enough to achieve visible results, yet low enough to use it on a daily (I should say nightly) basis. It also smells really nice, but keep in mind that very sensitive skin might not like the added fragrance. For all others: I recommend the Pixi Glow Tonic highly. Only downside: I find the bottle pretty small (3.4 fl oz) and mine will be empty in no time!

Ingredients:
Water/Aqua/Eau, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Glycolic Acid, Butylene Glycol, Glycerin, Sodium Hydroxide, Hamamelis Virginiana (Witch Hazel) Leaf Extract, Aesculus Hippocastanum (Horse Chestnut) Seed Extract, Hexylene Glycol, Fructose, Glucose, Sucrose, Urea, Dextrin, Alanine, Glutamic Acid, Aspartic Acid, Hexyl Nicotinate, Panax Ginseng Root Extract, Ethylhexylglycerin, Disodium EDTA, Biotin, Panthenol, PPG-26-Buteth-26, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Phenoxyethanol, Fragrance (Parfum), Caramel, Red 4 (CI 14700).

And here are a couple of makeup items, that I decided to put in a Giveaway! YAY!
