BAREMINERALS BAREPRO Performance Wear Liquid Foundation Broad Spectrum SPF 20 Review
Let me introduce you to my new favorite foundation: the brand new BareMinerals Barepro Foundation! Just one pump delivers lightweight, oil-free, photo-friendly full-coverage! I wasn´t sure, if this foundation would work for me, because I have tried the Bareskin liquid foundation by BareMinerals, and that one wasn´t working for my combination to oily skin, as it made my face look too shiny! But I am so happy that this new foundation by BareMinerals is a really good choice - even for the oily girls under us- or if you live in a humid climate!
BareMinerals is a cruelty free brand!
I really love the fact, that you only need a tiny amount of this foundation to achieve super high coverage- so don´t use too much! You could always add more- but you probably won´t need it. The Luxe Performance Brush ($30) works great to apply this foundation. Super soft bristles, that don´t leave any streaks. I almost need no concealer after using this foundation and I love that it contains a SPF of 20!
The finish is matte and very natural. This foundation truly becomes one with my skin and looks undetectable- told you: definitely my new favorite foundation!
To make the application even more perfect (as if this would be possible lol), try the bareMinerals Good Hydrations primer ($26). It´s a hydrating but non-greasy lotion, that feels silky and smooth. It dries to a radiant finish with a soft focus effect. Powerful skin plumping ingredients help to improve the appearance of fine lines and pores and prevent makeup from setting into creases.
This primer is formulated with hyaluronic acid, glycerin and coconut alkanes for immediate and lasting hydration, while a blend of minerals gives just a hint of opalescent luminosity.
And the new contour palette? The Bareppro Contour Face-Shaping Powder Trio ($34) is just fabulous! It comes in 2 color ranges- (fair-medium or tan-dark). Each palette contains three easily blendable and buildable shades. So, brush on the dimension!
And the Blooming blush brush ($24) definitely works great with it. The angled shape chisels cheekbones, the domed tip diffuses and softens edges, and the flared sides sweep over a wider surface area for color.
And here is a 50s Rockabilly Country girl look, that I created with this gorgeous foundation and the contour palette!
BTW: you get right now FREE SHIPPING at Ulta, when you purchase the new BareMinerals Barepro foundation! Price? Oh it´s $34! Now that is a great price for such a wonderful foundation! I especially recommend this foundation for normal to combination or oily skin and I find this is also a great pick for mature skin since it helps blur out pores and fine lines.
