Butter London Shadow Clutch Palette Review & Makeup look

Check out the brand new Shadow Clutch Palette by Butter London! This is a customizable palette. It comes in 2 color choices and then you have the option to add different colors with 4 available Wardrobe duos.

Let me show you, how this works. Below is the Shadow Clutch Palette in the color: "Natural Charm".

You can open this system up and glide in new colors. Be careful with the eye shadows to not touch them because they are super buttery. I - of course- put myself a little dent into the white color with my silly finger nail. ;-)

Pretty cool, hm? Check out that third color: it is duo-chromatic from green to brown tones- love it! It´s from the Wardrobe Duo in "Fancy Flutter". The matte colors are very powdery, so you better tap that brush off. The shimmery colors are all very creamy, very pigmented and blend nicely. 

Butter London claims that these eye shadows are "primer infused", but I personally needed an eye primer to achieve a crease-free look.

Wardrobe duos

The third color is a very unique frosty mint color. I think this would be a fabulous color for girls with brown or green eyes.

Surprisingly the included brush is pretty darn good! Not your usual sponge applicator that you can just throw in the trash! No! A pretty nice duo ended brush: one side is perfect to blend out- the tip seems at first a bit stiff but I found it works actually great to get into that crease. 

The other side of the brush is great to pack on color or even to line your lower lash line. If you are on the go or traveling, there is no need to pack extra brushes- this will do for a quick trip!

Here is a look that I created with my customized Shadow Clutch Palette. I just had to use that duo-chromatic eye shadow (on my lower lash line!).

Not sure you can see the duo chrome effect on my lower lash line? Green to brown?
