I have today a review of the Westmore Beauty 60-Second Eye Effects Gel with before/after pictures for you! Instantly reduce the appearance of dry fine lines? YES PLEASE!!!

60-Second Eye Effects Firming Gel features exclusive Flex-Tensor Technology, combining a firming matrix with color correctors to lift, firm, and even out the surface of your skin on contact.

How to use it:

• Apply before makeup onto skin cleansed with an oil-free cleanser. Do not apply moisturizer! 

• Dispense a small pea-sized amount of product onto fingertip. 

• Sweep gel under your eyes, starting at the inner corner and blending outward over fine lines, wrinkles and under-eye bags. 

• Blend evenly with light sweeping motions. 

• To set gel, gently tap fingertip over application area. 

• Fan with fingers and keep facial muscles at rest for a full 60 seconds while product is drying. You may feel a temporary tightening – this means it’s working!

Ingredients:

Water, Butylene Glycol, Sodium Silicate, Magnesium Aluminum Silicate, Tocopherol, Ascorbyl Palmitate, Commiphora Wightii Resin Extract, Hydrolyzed Hyaluronic Acid, Ammonium Polyacrylate, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Pentylene Glycol, Caprylyl Glycol, Cellulose Gum, Silica, Retinol, Alcohol, Lecithin, Glycerin, Alumina, Polysorbate 20, Xanthan Gum, Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891), Iron Oxides (CI 77491, CI 77492, CI 77499).

My experience:

The product is a tinted lotion that applies easy and gives you enough time to pat and sweep it onto your skin- probably 30 seconds to 1 minute- until it is dry. And then: watch and be amazed about the results!!! Hello! Where are my wrinkles, fine lines AND swollen under-eyes? GONE!!!

Wow, amazing results for sure! It looks like I used a filter in the after- but I did not! This is totally real! You can definitely feel and see the tightening of the skin.

However, here comes the downfall: this result won't last all day! 😓 I wish it would, cause I look like 10 years younger lol. Depending on how active I was, this product lasted on me only between 2-4 hours until my wrinkles were back in all their glory... bummer!

Also worth mentioning: you can not apply any concealer (or foundation or eye cream or simply: ANYTHING!) on top of this, because the tightening effect will immediately vanish- so if you have serious dark under-eyes, you can definitely not use this product!

I guess this can work fine if you are having for example a photoshoot where you need to look good, or a short(!) date or something. It probably won't work, if you are out and about for many hours! 

So, as a quick fix for a short amount of time the Westmore Beauty 60-Second Eye Effect Gel will give you fantastic results! Feel like Cinderella... until the magic is over. 👸
