Clarins Double Serum Review: why you shouldn´t use it!

The brand new Clarins Double Serum contains- just like the name suggests- 2 anti-aging serums in one, which contain potent plant extracts (such as Turmeric, known for its exceptional anti-aging abilities) that target lines and wrinkles, but there are a couple of reasons, why you really shouldn´t use it and I will tell you today why!

Reasons why you should not use the Clarins Double Serum:

1. You don´t like to smooth out your lines

2. You don´t like your skin to feel firmer

3. You like your dull skin

4. You don´t care for an even skin tone

Hahaha! :-)

Got you there, didn´t I?

Let´s get to the serious part here! The Clarins Double Serum is really an interesting product! It includes 2 different serums that mix together! Yes, there are basically 2 “chambers” inside!

One of its main active ingredients is Turmeric which is a powerful antioxidant and also anti-inflammatory! It contains so many other potent plant extracts such as: kiwi, oat, organic teasel, avocado, organic marsh samphire, cocoa, mango, banana, horse chestnut and others that I can´t even pronounce or spell. :-)

Complete Ingredients:

The texture is wonderful: it feels like a soft gel, not greasy and my skin feels like pure silk with this serum! It has a very light scent- not overpowering, yet very elegant.

It´s noncomedogenic (this means that it won´t clog your pores) and mineral oil-free. Literally every skin type can profit from this serum! Even the most sensitive skin.

I also love that you are able to choose, if you like just a tiny drop- or a "power-shot" amount- because our skin has- depending on weather or stress- different needs at different times! Sometimes a bit seems enough, but sometimes we feel like we need a little extra, right? So, just twist to the "big drop" if you need more and to the "tiny drop" if less seems enough (see image below).

I really love this stuff! Keep in mind that you do need to put your favorite moisturizer on top- this is a serum filled with great anti-aging antioxidants, but it might not be moisturizing enough - especially if you live in a cold climate.

I know, the Clarins Double Serum isn´t really an affordable product ($89 for 1 oz)- so get yourself a couple of samples (a couple, cause you wanna use it for at least 7 days to see if you like it... and I know you will love it lol) and see for yourself how radiant your skin will look! Just tell the ladies at the Clarins counter, that you read about this serum on a blog and I am sure they will provide you with enough samples! ;-)

Get it at Sephora!
