The Neo-setting powder is great for an all over “ethereal” glow! Personally I really would not use this as a setting powder though- the sheen is really too much for my already oily skin. I have a natural glow going on lol! But this is a gorgeous highlighter- beautiful on my inner tear-duct, under my brow-bone or on top of my cheeks!
