FASHION OVER 40: HOW TO STYLE A FRINGE DRESS! The Fringe! The bangs of your clothes! ;-)

The Fringe is having a come back! I find this dress could be a dress from the 30s, or 70s or simply from today! I love the feeling, how the fringe tickles me on my legs- feels almost refreshing in the hot summer air! I feel like a modern Hippie! (Here is another time I felt like one lol).
