Beauty by Earth Sunscreen SPF 25 Review + Giveaway

I am so excited that we bought a couple of days ago a kayak! It is a 2 seat kayak but my son fits also in it in the middle!

And on our first trip the whole family (meaning: my son, my husband and me) used the All Natural and Organic Beauty by Earth sunscreen (SPF 25) to test it out!

Beauty by Earth is cruelty free!

Here are the claims of the product:

Did you know that a lot of sunscreens contain dangerous ingredients? What an oxymoron: on one site we want to protect our skin from the sun and on the other we apply potential harmful ingredients! I am happy to see that the Beauty by Earth sunscreen does not contain chemicals or junk (NO parabens, NO oxybenzone, NO nano-particles, NO chemical fragrance, NO phalates, NO retinyl palmitate, NO Paba and NO toxic chemicals.)

The ingredients are all  100% Natural and Organic: Aloe Vera, Safflower Seed Oil, Glyceryl Stearate, Vegetable Glycerin, Organic Castor Oil, Coconut Oil, Cetyl Alcohol, Shea Butter, Argan Oil, Jojoba Seed Oil, Vitamin E, Organic Green Tea Extract, Cucumber Extract, Vanilla Fruit Extract, Xantham Gum, Potassium Sorbate, Essential Oil.

Who can spy my cat?

The Beauty by Earth sunscreen smells very nice and pleasant.

The sunscreen comes out a pit patchy- a mix between cream and lotion- but once you start applying it onto your skin it goes on pretty smooth. You will get a white cast on your skin (this is always the case with physical sunscreens)- especially when you are wet.

So we went out for about 2 hours on a nearby lake- the sun was burning- but we all stayed sunburn free thanks to this sunscreen. This worked perfect! I noticed that the scent changed after a while a little bit though. We had a great little kayak trip without any sunburn!

It is not easy to find all natural, organic and cruelty free sunscreens and this one is by sure a fantastic choice! I only wish the bottle (4 oz.) would be a bit bigger! ;-)
