Do CBD tinctures really work? #cbd #cbdoil

So, you are wondering if you should hop on board on the recent hype of CBD tinctures (Cannabidiol),  but are unsure if this really works? What are CBD tinctures anyway and what do they actually do? Today I will try to answer all your questions!

There are many reasons why you might want to try out a CBD tincture!

But first a little disclaimer: I am not a healthcare professional. This article is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. What can CBD tinctures help with?

  • reduce unease
  • support mood stabilization
  • decrease hormonal imbalances
  • improve sleep
  • boost brain activity and mood
  • ease pain
  • soothe stiffness
  • calm strained muscles
  • calm lower inflammation
  • relieve joint pain
  • boost metabolism
  • or even support weight loss.
It is important that you pick a quality CBD tincture from a trusted source (ask for a certificate of an analysis that shows that the CBD tincture was tested for potency, purity, and consistent quality, such as this one). Please understand also that there are different potencies of CBD: from 300mg all the way up to 3000mg. Obviously the higher the potency, the stronger the impact!

How to use a CBD tincture!

Place the oil under the tongue and hold for 60 seconds before you swallow it! Simple as that!

Use once or twice daily or as needed!

Does this really work? My experience:

OK! I have to admit that I did not believe at first that a CBD tincture would do ANYTHING!

But girl! Was I wrong!

I was using a CBD tincture (I used the Oki Wellness Hemp oil) everyday for 2 month (I used it 2 times daily 1ml each with a 500 mg potency) and I noticed a difference within a couple days! It made me feel super calm, relaxed and very balanced! I liked that this one contained peppermint oil as well, as the taste was very pleasant and fresh.

I can't attest personally to all the claims, as I obviously don't have all the symptoms mentioned above. But one thing that I noticed was, after a while (3-4 weeks) the impact (for me this was mainly the feeling of being very relaxed) was getting less.

However: If I would do a 7 day break from the CBD tincture and then start all over again, I felt it was working again!

So for my personal experience, I would say that it is probably good to do a break here and there- maybe always after 3 weeks a 1 week break to achieve the best impact- or maybe try to use a higher potency, if you feel like it is not working anymore. ;-)

Keep in mind that results can vary highly, from person to person, and it also might depend on what you like to achieve with the CBD tincture!

I do believe a CBD tincture is definitely worth a try, if you suffer from any of the above symptoms!
