The best over-the-counter cremes against eczema! #RashBEGONE

I have today the best over-the-counter cremes against eczema! My son suffers from it- especially on his hands and wrists, and I also here and there get dry patches that need hardcore treatment to get rid off. I have tried many over-the-counter cremes, but these are my personal favorites that guarantee fast relief and healing!

1. LA ROCHE-POSAY Lipikar Balm AP + Body Cream with Shea Butter and Glycerin ($19.99/13.5 oz).

Lipikar Balm AP+ is a heavy duty body cream that is clinically proven to reduce dry, rough skin. This body lotion for dry skin replenishes skin's essential lipids and provides long-lasting 48-hour hydration. It is suitable for adults, children, and babies as young as 2 weeks for use all year round. It is formulated with a high concentration of La Roche-Posay Prebiotic Thermal Water, lipid-replenishing Shea Butter, moisturizing Glycerin and Niacinamide, a form of Vitamin B3 with soothing properties. It contains no fragrance and no masking fragrance.

I find that it leaves a little greasy film on my skin that needs 10-20 minutes to diminish- but therefor the hydration is out of this world and lasts for many hours. I prefer -due to the first heavy feeling -to apply this at night when I got to bed. This is a huge bottle that will last a long time! ;-)

2. First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream Intense Hydration ($30/6 oz)

Wow, this stuff is amazing! So moisturizing! No dry patch will be able to withstand this! ;-) Banish dry skin with this creme once and for all! Suitable for all skin types, especially dry, flakey skin, this hydration wonder leaves skin feeling smooth, hydrated and comfortable after just a single use. Formulated with colloidal oatmeal, shea butter, ceramide 3 and the FAB antioxidant booster, it provides immediate relief and visible improvement for parched skin and it is clinically proven to increase hydration.

3. Era Organics Relief ($24/4 oz)

Get instant and long term natural relief from dry skin, damaged skin, irritated skin, redness, itching or pain, flaky skin, sun burn, diaper rash, hives, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, dermatitis, shingles and most common skin conditions. This is a heavy butter that provides deeply moisturizes with powerful natural and organic ingredients including: Aloe Vera, Manuka Honey, Shea Butter, Cocoa Butter, Blue Green Algae, MSM, Cehami Extract, Hemp Seed Oil and Olive Oil. And I am totally loving the light cocoa-butter scent! Smells like chocolate! Yum!

4. Nivea Creme ($10/13.5 oz)

Read here why I prefer the German version of Nivea (hint: because it doesn´t contain preservatives!). I am using Nivea since I can think of. This is a simple cold cream and a classic in Germany. The simple combination of Eucerit, Panthenol and Glycerin soothes and calms fast. And it is so affordable! I put it on my elbows, feet, and even on my dry eyes! If you don´t want to spend big bucks to get rid of your eczema, you should give Nivea a try!

There you have it! These are my best bets against eczema, dry spots, itchy skin or other rashes that provide fast relief.
