No7 MAKEUP REVIEW & GIVEAWAY!

Today I have a little review of a couple of makeup items by No7! This is the first time I have tried anything by this U.K. brand and I gotta say: for a drugstore brand the packaging is simply gorgeous- nothing cheap about it! But is it also performing good?

First off: is Boots No 7 cruelty free? I send the customer service a couple of questions and they responded: "We do not use animals to test our products, nor do we have animal testing conducted on our behalf by anyone else. Our products are also not sold in China." However, they did not respond regarding my question, if any of the ingredients are tested by them or a third party, so I asked again, but I haven´t received a response yet (rather I received a response, but only in regards if they are vegan, which they are not). Will update as soon as I receive a response.

Let´s start now with one of my most favorite makeup items ever! While I am almost never using highlighters- I am for sure a bronzer-girl! Can´t be a day without it! Since I try to stay out of the sun with my face (wear a hat, sunglasses AND most importantly sunscreen), my body is so much more tanned than my face- so I have to try to match that color. Yeah, I am actually quite pale on my face without my bronzer. ;-)

No7 Match Made Bronzer

And THIS No7 Match Made Bronzer! Gorgeous! It looks absolutely natural- no glitter, no shimmer and no orangey-tone. LOOOve it. And the packaging? Beautiful. What can I say more than: PERFECTION!

No7 Radiant Glow Concealer $13.99

Again: the No7 Radiant Glow Concealer includes gorgeous packaging and this a great brightening concealer- especially for the under-eye area. Yes, this is a perfect dupe for the YSL Touche Eclat (that I used to use before I went cruelty free!). Creamy and great coverage!

No7 Airbrush Away Primer $19.99

The No7 Airbrush Away Primer is a thin lotion - more like a moisturizer that smells wonderful clean and fresh- you know I am a sucker for good scents, right? It prepares the skin well for the foundation and even hydrates.

No7 Stay Perfect Lipstick in Dark Berry $12.99

Oh my goodness! The color of the No7 lipstick in dark berry is so pretty and it is so long lasting too! Very creamy and pigmented and even after lunch, I still had a nice amount of color on my lips! This is a fabulous lippie!

No7 Moisture Drench in Honey Bloom $12.99

The No7 Moisture Drench lipstick is is a very moisturizing pretty nude color- perfect on a daily basis. I find nudes tough to wear without looking washed out, so I try to combine it with a smokey eye.

No7 Powder Blush in Peach Velvet $12.99

The No7 Powder Blush in Peach Velvet is soo pigmented! Be careful with your brush, cause you will get FAST a ton of color. This color is my favorite: a pinkish-coral color that makes me look awake instantly- I even use it on my eyes!

Overall verdict:

What a fabulous brand! Great packaging, wonderful products and to a price that is right! Thank you No7!

Oh and here is me wearing the Boots No 7 face primer, the bronzer, the blush (even on my eyes), the lipstick in "Dark Berry" and the concealer under my eyes.
