lauren b. Nail Polish Review

Today I have a review of lauren b. nail polishes for you! Not only is lauren b. cruelty free, but the nail polishes are also free of the 5 worst ingredients in nail polish: formaldehyde, DBP, toluene, formaldehyde resin and camphor! Yay to that- cause in the long, run we don´t want to ruin our nails with these ingredients, right? But are these any good?

Oh yes, ladies! Super pigmented and so glossy looking! Like a pro gel-manicure! And check out these super edgy colors!

My absolute favorite: "Vintage on Vine" - a muted mauve purple. Some girls can wear this color on their lips- well, I can´t, but now I can wear it on my nails! I find this super elegant but still very modern at the same time.

If you are feeling blue, here is my tip: put some blue on your nails! "PCH blue" that is! As a native German "PCH" had no meaning to me, so I had to google it: Pacific Coast Highway! Ha! Did you know? I guess it refers to the ever so blue ocean in California! Anyway- have you ever seen such a pretty shade of blue?

Also interesting: "Departing LAX"- you see the overall theme here? Obviously Lauren is a South California girl and that reflects in her color names! The color is a deep grey to brown and I guess it is that way, because if you are departing LAX, you are kinda sad? Like a bad weather thunder sky? Oh well, the color is not sad though! Very unique and sophisticated!

And one more: "South of the Blvd." is a sexy hot fuchsia-pink! Everybody should have a color like this in their drawer (or wherever you store your nail polish lol). If you can´t afford a house "south of the blvd" (starting with $2 Mio lol) well, at least you can wear it on your nails! ;-)

Overall I love these polishes: pigmented, gorgeous colors and provide chip free polish for at least 5 days, California dreaming included (see my last California trip here).
