How is it to work at Macy´s as a seasonal employee?

I am not surprised to read, that Macy´s is closing 100 stores nationwide! So far 44,000 people got fired (read more here). Ridiculous. While Macy´s blames its failure to increased online shopping, I think the whole approach of the store is just ridiculous. They never changed their "our main goal is to sell credit cards attitude" and that finally fires back. Well deserved, Macy´s!
